Supporting a diverse range of not-for-profit frontline services providers in the supported housing & homelessness sector in the East of England, we are creating step changes in our services across the region and are investing in two highly motivated individuals to assist with this.
ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (£29,728pa) to provide credible direct support to providers and create compelling proposals for accredited, modular learning and a training brokerage service.
MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATOR (£23,749 pa) to provide quality services to existing members and to develop our membership base.
The successful candidates will be committed to promoting the ethos and values that put individuals at the centre of services; able to deliver tangible outcomes for providers of supported housing; motivated to develop innovative support services; able to generate income from their work and willing to contribute to the development of a small not-for-profit support agency.
