Learning and skills opportunities
Space is committed to providing access to high quality training for our member organisations, whether this is via our in-house courses, training days on ‘hot’ topics or by sign-posting to other courses available in the region or nationally.
In-house Courses
In-house courses are available to organisations that require training for 6 or more staff in their locality or organisation. These courses can be booked by one organisation or by a group of organisations with one lead liaising with Space.
This option can prove economical as up to 12 participants can attend an in-house course.
Organisations who book in-house training must provide:
• A suitable venue
• Refreshments and lunch for trainees
• Audio-visual equipment required by the trainer
• They must also meet trainers’ travel expenses

NB. Prices for in-house courses do not include trainers’ travel expenses, which are the responsibility of the booking organisation and will not be paid by Space.
